Objective: breathe more freely, recover more deeply and experience winter with greater comfort.

Saturday, February 28, 2026 – Grounding & Stability
Work on grounding, balance and mobility of the pelvis and core.
Objective: reconnect with calm strength, presence and inner clarity.

Friday, March 6, 2026 – Gentle Strength
A slow yet active rhythm: releasing what blocks and awakening what supports.
Objective: ease tension and build a stable, grounded energy.

Saturday, March 14, 2026 – Late-Winter Vitality
A fluid and joyful sequence to bring the cycle to a close through movement.
